摘　要　目的:总结经皮桡动脉穿刺行冠状动脉介入治疗( PCI)老年冠心病患者围手术期护理经验。方法:对经桡动脉行PCI78例老年冠心病患者加强护理和健康教育。结果:全组患者均顺利完成手术治疗无1例出现并发症。结论:加强经桡动脉PCI老年冠心病患者围手术期护理对提高手术成功率、减少并发症具有重要意义。   关键词　老年冠心病冠状动脉介入治疗护理Exper iences on per iopera tive nursing of 78 elderly pa tien ts with coronary heart d isea se trea ted by PC I.
